||Nirvana Running|| is about “easy running” or “pain-free running”. Its about the ability to run happily without feeling tired. More than just physical training, it’s about training the body-mind.

Would not any other running website serve this purpose?
Many well-known running related websites have concentrated more on running, distances, training plans, etc. The attempt made here is to bring out the fact that running can be a lot easier if only we combined it with some basic training of the mind.
What would be a meaningful long-term goal of ||Nirvana Running||?
- To make people aware of the power of our mind
- To make novice runners aware that training the mind is as important (or sometimes more important) than training the body
- To make people understand that running is helps in training the mind
- To articulate the “feedback” that running gives to our daily lives and get more people into running
- To make people aware of the notion of mental-fitness and its amazing give-backs
